Thursday 19th Jan will have the Industrial Speakers Symposiun in the afternoon, all are welcome. In the evening we will be hosting the Birkman Professional Development session for all Students and Postdocs. Please indicate if you would like to do the assessment here.
Friday 20th will be the main presentation event, with scientific and integrative presentations, along with posters and discussion.
Saturday 21st will have professional development, brainstorming and preparation for the reverse site visit coming up in March.
We are planning to run a professional development session for student and postdoc members in the evening of Thursday 19th, the Birkman Assessment. More details will come soon. When you are booking your travel take this into account, we will also be having a team-building/social activity on Friday evening.
All Site Visit Attendees must complete the following online registration form.

Information about the Atlanta Public Transit systems, MARTA, can be found here. You can take the train to the Decatur Station and then take a free Emory Shuttle (CCTMA Route) that will take you directly to the Emory Conference Center Hotel. The last shuttle leaves the Decatur Station at 7:10PM. You can find out more about the Emory Shuttles here and also follow the location of the shuttles live here.
If you plan to drive please find a member of the CCHF management when you arrive and they will provide validation for the parking lot.
The taxi rank outside the airport is always well populated. Follow the signs for Ground Trasnportation and the taxi's are signposted.
