The National Academy of Inventors (NAI) has named 170 distinguished innovators to NAI Fellow Status.

Huw Davies, Asa Griggs Candler Professor of Organic Chemistry at Emory University, has been named a fellow of the NAI.

Election to NAI fellow status is a high professional distinction accorded to academic inventors who have demonstrated a prolific spirit of innovation in creating or facilitating outstanding inventions that have made a tangible impact on quality of life, economic development and the welfare of society.

Huw Davies attended the award ceremony in Pasadena, CA in March 2015.
