Kelly was engaged in Center science and activities since the start of Phase II. He work focused on exploring the late-stage functionalization of the cyanthawigin carbon skeleton using chemistry developed in the Center.
In 2016 Kelly graduated and moved on to be a Postdoctoral Fellow in the group of Karen Goldberg, Director of the CCI CENTC, at the University of Washington.
