The CCHF seeks to bring C–H Functionalization into the center of synthetic logic, for the construction of a broad range of molecular scaffolds. This account from the Du Bois group provides an overview of the selective methods for C–H amination from the perspective of a process group, paying special attention to the mild reaction conditions, catalyst effciciency and scalability of the reaction.
