As the first part of a collaborative series of seminars Prof. Donna Blackmond delivered a talk entitled "Reflections on an Asymmetric Career Path", providing some insights into her exciting career. The talk was delivered at Stanford as part of their Distinguished Women in Science (DWIS) program and broadcast through our video conference capabilities providing the opportunity for all Center member institutes to take part.

The talk was an excellent perspective on interesting path through chemical industry and academia and well received by over 30 participants from across five different sites in the CCHF. The aim is that as this seminar series develops so will the participation and interaction across the Center and AWIS partners.
