Katie Chepiga was a graduate student in the Davies group between 2010 and 2015.
Katie worked on a variety of collaborative projects in the Center, from the design and immobilization of novel dirhodium complexes to the total synthesis of Dictyodendrin natural products using sequential C–H functionalization reactions.
In 2014 Katie carried out an exchange as part of the Center's international program, and spent 4 months working in the Itami lab at Nagoya University in Japan.
In 2015 Katie began a post doctoral research fellowship in the group of Prof. Frank Glorius in Germany.
In 2016 Katie took a position at Bayer, in Germany.
