Nicholas was a postdoctoral fellow and senior scientist in the Jones Group at GA Tech, exploring the immobilization of the Center's cataysts for application in novel reactor systems.
In 2013 Nick undertook a postdoctoral fellowship in the Davies group at Emory University investigating the kinetics and mechanism of carbene C–H insertion.
In 2014 Nick moved to Ohio State University to begin his independant research career as an Assistant Professor.
